"A year ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Naturally, I was concerned about muscle tone, flexibility, circulation and stiffness, etc. My husband heard the advertisement for Legge Fitness Stores on CKNX AM920 about the Total Body Vibration Platforms which promised to address all of these concerns. “I have been using my DKN XG3.0 Vibration Platform from Legge Fitness Stores for 5 weeks. I enjoy having it right in my living room; it is so easy to use; no more going into town to exercise.Currently, I am using my Vibration Platform every second day for about ten minutes.
